Terms of use
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms cover how you can use Kayto. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Kayto.
What Kayto is
Kayto is a place where creators send sponsored drafts and brand teams review them. Creators send a draft, and brands approve it, ask for changes or reject it. Kayto is run from Ontario, Canada ("we", "us").
Who can use it
You need to be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. If you're using Kayto for a company or brand, you're confirming you have the authority to do that.
Your account and access
Some creators get in through a link from a brand, and brand reviewers sign in. Keep your link and login details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under them, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used them. Links can expire, and brands can turn them off.
Your drafts
You keep ownership of everything you send. By sending a draft, you give us permission to store it, show it to the brand you sent it to and its reviewers, and process it as needed to run Kayto. That permission ends when the draft is deleted. It doesn't give the brand any rights to use your content beyond reviewing it. Any usage rights come from your own agreement with them.
You promise that:
- You made the draft or have the right to share everything in it, including music, footage and images
- It doesn't break anyone's rights or the law
- You've followed the disclosure rules that apply to sponsored content where you live, such as adding a clear paid partnership label or #ad
Kayto does not check whether your content meets advertising or disclosure rules. That responsibility is yours and the brand's.
Brand reviews
When a brand approves, asks for changes or rejects a draft, that's the brand's decision, not ours. We're not a party to the deal between you and the brand. We don't guarantee that a draft will be approved, that a brand will pay you or that any deal will go ahead.
What you can't do
- Upload anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, or anything that infringes someone else's rights
- Upload malware or try to break, overload or get around the security of Kayto
- Access drafts or accounts that aren't yours
- Scrape the site or copy it to build a competing product
- Use Kayto to mislead people about who is behind a piece of content
We can remove content or suspend access if we think you've broken these rules.
Our stuff
The Kayto name, logo, design and software belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using Kayto as intended.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. It's part of these terms.
Kayto as is
We work hard to keep Kayto running well, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be on, error free or that nothing will ever be lost, so keep your own copy of anything you send. Kayto is a work in progress, and features may change or go away.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost income or lost deals that come from using Kayto. If we are found responsible for something, our total liability is limited to CAD $100. Nothing here limits responsibility that can't legally be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Kayto at any time and ask us to delete your data. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to shut something down. Sections that should reasonably survive (like ownership, liability limits and the rules above) will.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the change matters, we'll update the date above and let you know on the site or by email. Using Kayto after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Kingston, Ontario, and you agree to that location.
